• Our gift cards have no expiration date.
• The gift card will automatically be emailed to you or to the email address you specify.
• This gift card can be regifted and used by any person who is in possession of the gift card code, but our gift cards are not refundable once they are purchased.
• If the recipient of this gift card wants to make an upgrade and the gift card balance doesn't cover it, the recipient is able to pay the difference with a credit card at the checkout page.
• We recommend purchasing the gift card using your email address so that you may forward it to the recipient you wish to gift it to. This way, if for some reason the recipient can't find the gift card, you can always resend it to them.

Once this gift card is used to place an order, the fitting box takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive, and the footwear order takes 4 months to be completed and delivered.

• Creating the exact amount of extra space needed in each shoe for your insoles or orthotics while raising the leather pattern around your ankles so that your heels do not slip out from being higher due to the insole or orthotics

BESPOKE LASTS

We never make adjustments to numbered stock lasts. The left and right shoe lasts are individually carved from scratch from a rectangular block of wood using your foot shape and fitting preferences to properly mold to each foot.
